Khanh Hoa: Investors want to sell commercial houses to foreigners in key positions

According to the latest report of Khanh Hoa Department of Construction, the whole province currently has 3 projects that have demand to sell commercial houses to foreign organizations and individuals.

Recently, through the inspection and handling process, Khanh Hoa Department of Construction has detected 65 cases of foreign organizations and individuals owning commercial houses at 2 projects Napoleon Castel 1 and Gold Coast.

Gold Coast project of Thanh Yen Company is located opposite Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

It is against the law to sell apartments to organizations and individuals with foreign elements and create a negative public opinion among the people in Khanh Hoa.

In a recent report of Khanh Hoa Department of Construction, after dealing with projects that sell houses to foreigners, the Department has collected information and determined that the province has 3 out of 10 commercial housing projects wishing to sell houses to foreign organizations and individuals.

It is easy to see that 3/10 commercial housing projects have demand to sell houses to foreigners located in key locations and areas of Khanh Hoa province.

The Gold Coast project of Thanh Yen Joint Stock Company is located in the local headquarters of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee. In addition, the Napoleon Castle 1 project is also located in the heart of Nha Trang city.

Waiting for comments from Ministry of Defense and Public Security

The needs of enterprises and projects when selling commercial houses to these objects are real. Currently, Khanh Hoa Department of Construction has worked with the Provincial Military Command and Police Department to determine the coordinates, boundaries and static height of these projects.

Napoleon Castle 1 project is in the heart of Nha Trang City.

Based on these parameters, Khanh Hoa Department of Construction will report specifically to the Provincial People's Committee, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security.

According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province: The sale or not sale of commercial houses to foreign organizations and individuals in these 3 projects is completely dependent on the decisions of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security. In this regard, Khanh Hoa will wait for the opinions of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security.

Report in writing, Mr. Tran Nam Binh - Deputy Director of Department of Construction stated: “If eligible for sale, the Department of Construction will announce publicly the projects on sale of commercial houses to organizations and individuals. Foreign countries on the Department's website”.

If the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security disagree that such projects sell commercial houses to foreign organizations or individuals at that location, the Department of Construction will send a written reply to the project owner and implemented, Mr. Binh added.
